Before You Reach Out

Photo rejected? Make sure you're using the back camera with good, even lighting. The compliance check will tell you exactly what to fix. Most issues are solved by retaking the photo.

Subscription not working? Go to Settings > Account > Restore Purchases. If that doesn't help, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you purchased with.

Want to delete your account? You can do it directly in the app: Settings > Account > Delete My Data. Or visit our account deletion page.
When contacting us, please include the email address associated with your account and a brief description of the issue. This helps us locate your account and respond faster.
