Delete your data

Delete it in the App

This works whether you are signed in or using the App as a guest.

1. Open Passport Photo.
2. Tap Settings in the bottom bar.
3. Tap Account (Sign in, or your name at the top).
4. In Danger zone, tap Delete my data and confirm.

It happens straight away and can't be undone.

What is deleted

• Your account: the sign-in record, guest or Google/Apple.
• Your photo history: every photo record in our database.
• Backed-up photos: any photos uploaded with Photo backup.
• Your account record: plan, export count and preferences, and the App's settings on this phone.

What is not deleted

• Your subscription. Pro keeps renewing until you cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
• Photos on your phone.Photos you saved to your gallery or shared stay where you put them; we can't access or delete them.
• The free-export count for this device. It is stored with an anonymous device identifier and the number of free exports used, nothing else, so the free limit stays fair. See the Privacy Policy. Email us if you want it removed too.
• Anonymous statistics and crash reportsthat don't identify you.

Can't use the App?

If you no longer have the phone, email medshi8@gmail.com with the email address you signed in with (Google or Apple) and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
